1. Eligibility for Returns (30 Days)
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original condition with all tags and labels intact
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be free from stains, odors, perfume, or damage
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Clearance sale or heavily discounted items (if mentioned on the product page)
3. Valid Reasons for Return
Returns will be accepted only for the following reasons:
- Wrong product delivered
- Size or fitting issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Product significantly different from the description
Please note that minor color variations due to screen resolution or lighting are not considered defects.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request:

5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange the return pickup
- For size or preference-based returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
- Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit
6. Quality Check & Inspection
Once the returned product is received:
- It will undergo a quality inspection within 2–3 business days
- Approval or rejection will be communicated to the customer
If the product fails the quality check, the refund may be denied and the item returned back to the customer.
7. Refund Process
After successful inspection:
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- The product is returned in used or damaged condition
- Original tags, accessories, or packaging are missing
9. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days, subject to product availability
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
10. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
